Large longhouse. Maxed workstations and kitchen with full comfort bedroom. Lots of big chest storage (You'll a fair bit of need iron and finewood for this, fyi). No iron in the supports so it's an easy build if you leave out the wall of storage chests. Has 4 fermenters next to the kitchen. Minimal black marble in this, just enough for the kitchen upgrade, a throne and a table . There's plenty of room to add the black forge etc if you want to put it in there later. It's also an easy expansion if you just open up the back and make the building longer if you need more space.
