Over the past two months, three builders set out to bring one district to life for the Val-Con 2026 Showcase server.

Iron & Industry is one of seven districts featured on the world—home to over 100 builds, all created and donated by members of the Valheim community. My role was to shape the space… to take these individual builds and bring them together into something that felt like one place.

This is a look behind the scenes. How the district came together, and what it took to turn a collection of builds into a connected experience.
