Roma - An Island Estate

This is Roma. An Island Estate build around a Romanesque courtyard.

This needs a very large flat area, terrain mods should allow for the boat area and under front bridge, but some minor modifications will be required due to the enormity of the build.

Best used as an island, but will work on a shoreline as long as you flatten the surface first.
