Add a sub category on this site for plan builds which include only misc items

add a sub category for plan builds which include only misc items like tables, chairs, cars, boats, etc. so there is less clutter looking for real base builds.

time to remove the clutter around actual base builds and manage this site properly.

misc items should have a seperate category so we dont have to sift through 200 posts about statues and tables to find our treasured bases.
