Simple starter home I have used several times now that can last a fair way into the game. Will post an 'upgraded version' in next few days. Full credit to Zeroster for the inspiration and youtube instructions. Plan uploaded with their permission =)

Updated zip to include 4 versions:
  1. Furnished, building only
  2. Furnished with fenced area
  3. Unfurnished, building only
  4. Unfurnished with fenced area

Oooh that's an old one i saw long time ago ! But it's really nice, i inspired one of my build from this one ! I like it because it's not too much fancy and easy to realise early game.
