How do you guys feel about Valheim Mods?
Poll ended 09/29/2021 5:51 pm.
5 votes · 50%Mods are the future of the game! They bring longevity and enhance the experience. Iron Gate should just submit and make their game fully support the multitude of great add-ons out there.
0 votes · 0%Mods are impurities that trivialize advanced building and make highly detailed constructions less impressive. They impede upon Iron Gate’s untainted vision, thus, should never be fully supported.
0 votes · 0%Mods are fine as quality of life improvements (i.e. TorchesEternal, BetterUI, Glowing Mushroom Remover), but anything beyond that ruins immersion and the feeling of the game.
5 votes · 50%I’m not sure how I feel about Valheim Mods.

Dont have them personally on my server but I love mods that add content for many other games!
personally I feel they are a great way to reduce the stress of some of the developers.

Late to vote, sorry.
Thinking about this in hindsight, it was probably stupid and pointless of me to put a time limit... might make a new one in the future...who knows.
Look at Cities: Skylines, perfect example imho
I have no clue of what this game is or its history with addons, but I assume they enhanced the game quite a bit?
It’s a city builder, everything the latest simcity should have been but failed. It came out in 2015 and still has a great community of players. The devs work together with the best modders to create new content dlc/ mods.
There are litteraly thousands of mods and assets on the steam workshop. Keeps the game fresh. If you’re interested you can check my youtube page. Got a vid of my city there.
