Greetings! New player!
Hello all! I am a new player, I play online with my father who is trying to get back into PC gaming he was into before he enlisted into the Army. I would love if anyone could give some tips that I could help my father and let him know too. He plays with controller and I play with keyboard and mouse lol!
We are loving this game so far though, we haven't fought the first boss yet, we're still trying to upgrade our armor and weapons beforehand! Glad I found this site so I could chat with y'all!

Dear Viking Warriors,
I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I'm a SFC (soon to be retired) and I am an American Airborne soldier. I am writing to you from a land far away, where the sun shines bright and the eagles soar high. I have heard tales of your bravery, strength, and fortitude in the face of great adversity, and I am truly inspired by your resilience.
I understand that you have recently arrived in the realm of Valheim, a land filled with mystery, danger, and opportunity. It is a place where only the strongest and most cunning warriors survive, and I have no doubt that you will thrive in this new world.
As you embark on your journey, I would like to share a few words of wisdom that have served me well during my time in the service. First and foremost, have patience, trust in each other, and work together. In Valheim, as in any battlefield, there is strength in numbers. You will face many challenges, but if you stand united, there is no obstacle you cannot overcome!
Secondly, always be prepared. The world of Valheim is unpredictable, and danger lurks around every corner. Keep your weapons sharp, your armor strong, and your wits about you. A true warrior is always ready for battle.
Lastly, never forget the importance of camaraderie and fellowship. In the heat of battle, it is the bond between warriors that keeps them going. Share your stories, your laughter, and your mead. Together, you will forge a fellowship that will be remembered for generations to come.
In closing, I would like to extend my heartfelt greetings and best wishes to you both. May the spirits of Valheim guide you on your journey, and may your axes strike true. I have no doubt that you will carve your names into the annals of Viking history, and I look forward to hearing tales of your glorious deeds. Share this with your father and let him know this is how me and my young viking stayed in contact when the Army got in the way of family (o;
Until we meet in the halls of Valhalla, I remain,
Sincerely yours,
SFC "Drengr" AIRBORNE!
