I have a functional chicken breeder for eggs and/or meat. Unfortunately you have to do some maneuvering with eggs and breaking a floor panel and pushing chickens in. Do I need to create a whole youtube video and all that to add my blueprint?

Nope, you can simply add one or more screenshots to present your coop. Videos are just an option of presentation and also time consuming to create!
No, you dont need to create any youtube video :) There is a mod called PlanBuild. You can use it to create a blueprint file, which you can then upload to valheimians. I have a guide here on Valheimians showing how to use PlanBuild if you want some help understanding it
