I’m having trouble not getting bored during repeat runs in Valheim. The bosses are always encountered in a fixed order. Equipment unlocking is linked to bosses so is also static. Biomes technically can be accessed whenever you want, but it’s impractical and dangerous to do so outside intended order. I would like to see alternate/smaller bosses added and more freedom to explore parallel biomes. Parallel biomes, in this case, would be biomes with similar skill level / equipment quality requirements. Different options for equipment at each milestone related to these environments would be appreciated. I find myself waiting for updates between runs due to the static linear nature of the game.

Surely it's been suggested to you before, but have you considered modding? There are many mods out there that do not break intended immersion, storyline, overpower, etc. I personally really like Southsil armors, and Therzies Armoury and Valheim Armory when it comes to equipment. Norse Demigods is loads of fun; I personally bar the power up until at least Mistlands (I make the requirement for the stone based on Yagluth drops and Refined Eitr), you can crank up weaker mob spawns, and in conjunction with biome difficulty progression mod, you can easily balance late progression. Seasonality gives you a constant change in scenery. And then there is the RtD series, which has corrupted versions of each biome.
