I was wondering if anyone knows what causes this error with PlanBuild. None of the terrain features function. I receive an error saying that terrain features are disabled. Not sure how to enable that feature. It works on a standalone world but installing on the server provides this error. Thanks in advance.

You have to enable it in config and then upload that config file to the server.
Or even easier solution is to install official bepinex configuration manager and use F1 in the game to change the configs of all mods.
