Soo, I dont think that fern is actually there. Its an illusion fern. Those are actually part of the terrain. Like the grass or dirt. I could be wrong though.
There are shrubs and stuff that you can spawn, but they are bigger. The one you are looking at is, it is impossible to cut right?

I have seen how many authors use these structures in their works to create a beautiful environment, it is in meadows where a fern cannot be created by a cultivator, I think it is still created through the console
