Just added Plan build to my server, i can scroll to copy

just added Plan build to my server to copy my spawn, but i am unable to scroll out to copy a large area when i do use the "create new BP" i click and it only copys a tiny area not the whole build, on my server i have Infin hammer, world edit hammertime and other mods but i dont know why i cant scroll ??
