UPDATE.

I used Greydwarf instead of Boar, spawner is now working. There must be something I am missing to get Boars to spawn.

I tried the portal, still green after I go through.

Up date , yes that works , just need to go farther away with the portal.

Ok Thanks, I will try that.

Just my thinking is that after I blueprint or copy the build it should go back to normal colors. ?
