This is a 9 level building frame for one of the plains pillars. It has a staircase on one side that you can integrate a landing area or connected it to additional structures. Its snap point is the top of the pillar centered. This is my first post so I will try and edit with more information when I think of it.

I get how that can be the inner skeleton for somebody wanting to do a very tall tower (hiding inside the plains monolith to have a higher foundation point)
