This is the first building in what I hope will be a village. It's an inn with five bedrooms and a kitchen/dining area. Some rooms have balconies, and some don't. The attic is another room, which could be for the owner or manager and family or could be for guests. The majority of the build is vanilla, but I used a couple of mods in the furnishing/decorating of the inn. These are as follows -

Gizmo to rotate the reinforced chests so they look like cupboards, and also to rotate the pieces for the weathervane.

More_Vanilla_Build_Prefabs to make the weathervane, for the out of season items, and also for the wooden ledges I used to line the edges of the desks and benches.

I did not include the back deck area in the blueprints, as it allows for more placement options and it's super easy to make anyway
