A little build I made once I found out that the Dvergr Wisp posts float and provide ground support. (the ones you find sometimes in the Mistlands)

Since PlanBuilder doesn't copy the Wisp Post itself, you'll have to either edit it to remove the bottom parts and just place it on the ground, or find one yourself and place it.
