Here's my attempt to make a "fancy" starter home. Included work stations are a workbench, forge, and artisan table which are fully upgraded. All improvements are hidden behind a false wall to cut down on the clutter. I left the rest of the room empty to provide space for you to expand as you progress through the game. Most chests are empty but there are a few surprise chests that are filled with some goodies. A christmas tree and a Maypole. A dock. A barber station and a jacuzzi. The bed was made by Cooties. The cloak rack was made by Bri Games.


***IMPORTANT***
The mod you'll absolutely need for this to all work is BuildIt v1.6.4 by RockerKitten otherwise none of the build pieces will appear for you.

My version of the home is painted white. So to do that you'll need to have ColorfulPieces v1.19.0 by ComfyMods installed. But with this mod you can paint it any color you want.
