This is beautiful, but something about this blueprint wrecked the placement, and forever held instance count in that area (off-map, using MarketplaceNPC for territories) over 9k, even after deleting the entire visible structure.

I uploaded a new print. This one doesn't have terrain markers. Its just the building. The piece count is deceivingly high due to the roof. Not mega structure high but there are more building pieces to this than how it looks. As for the permanent instance count, I'm not too sure why that happened, I've never run into that issue before.

Huh, that’s strange. I’m sorry that happened to you. Not sure why that would have happened. I can try uploading a file without terrain markers and see if that makes a difference.
