The raised walks are giving me some real Hunt Showdown vibes. I need to carve out some time to visit Blue Hill's soon.

I should have the next Blue Hills update ready by sometime next week, so i'd wait til then :)

Also, Fire was able to get this world working on a server, and it surprisingly performs great. That should be online shortly after the next update is released and will have a very small mod pack as well. Let me know if you'd like a tour

Soooo, a fully landscaped, built and decorated town in the swamp with about 10 major buildings and a couple of dozens of minor ones (plus lots of docks) is "just a simple build"... I need to level up my work 😨😬

Hehe, there was alot of copy/pasting on this one with infinity hammer, pretty much every house was premade then altered slightly after placement. I also didn't have to do too much with the terrain since it's all on stilts XD

Swamp is the only place I've still never built anything, not even a shack. The dam permanent rain piss me off when building and I'm still not happy with the ideas that popping my head... so I always push it back to the end of my never ending to-do list.

Your take on swamp builds is kinda like me with the mistlands, never built anything there in creative mode until last week :)

Well, I must say that I don't use creative mode, so I was saying that from the point of view of raw survival mode when the extra nuisance of the darkness and rain is still worse. In Mistlands... well, I've "acquired" some Dvergr towers and used them to base small builds as forward bases. Neighbors doesn't like me and are always nagging me, don't know why, hard to be fond of building there 😂
