Valheim Update 0.148.6 Changesupdate
A Valheim update released today with some game play tweaks and bug fixes.
We've attempted to organize the update log into categories that are digestible. Yum.
We've updated our screenshot tutorial due to the console command changes. Unsure about the slight use-delay on the hammer, hoe and cultivator but we haven't tried the update yet. It's probably very slight mainly to mitigate click spam & network abuse.

ITEM & OBJECT CHANGES
- Reinforced chest inventory space increased to 6x4
- Added a slight use-delay on Hammer, Hoe & Cultivator
- Campfire, Bonfire & hearth take damage when dealing damage
- Harpoon does not work on bosses anymore
- Hammer remove auto-repeat added
- Fixed removing item from item-stand not always syncing item stats
BOSS AND MOB CHANGES
- All boss drops can now float on water
- Deathsquito & Drake trophy drop rate increased
- Harpoon does not work on bosses anymore
- Night-spawning wolves should be easier to tame now (should stop trying to run away & despawn after starting to tame)
- 1 & 2 Star creature HP fix
BIOME CHANGES
- Black forest stone tower tweaks
- Player knock back force is affected by equipment speed modifiers (IE heavy gear will reduce the knock back from enemies)
- Improved enemy projectile reaction system
- Battle axe tweaks (hits multiple enemies easier)
- Sunken crypt entrance tweaked (to stop tombstones from getting stuck)
CONSOLE & COMMAND CHANGES
- In-game console disabled by default (add launch argument "-console" to enable)
- The console command for enabling developer/debug commands has been changed to “devcommands” from “imacheater” and a warning message has been added.
SERVER & NETWORK CHANGES
- Fixed issue causing server to send more data the longer a client was connected
- Server list refresh button can be pressed before the entire list has been downloaded
- Better network bandwidth handling (should work better on low bandwidth connections & also use higher data rate if possible)
- Better bad connection detection
- "Failed to connect" error message fixed
OTHER CHANGES & BUG FIXES
- Localization updates
- Fixed rotation of Wood tower shield on item stands
- Ward system fixes (You can no longer place a new ward where an enemy ward overlaps)
- Comfort calculation fixed
- Serpent trophy stack fix
- Missing Moder spawn location in some worlds fixed (NOTE: For existing worlds "genloc" command needs to be run manually in a local game with dev commands enabled to generate new locations, this is only needed if your specific world has this issue, this is not very common)
- Megingjord item-collider fix
- Dolmen location fixes (Stop top stone from falling for no reason)

Awesome! I am happy with the change to 'devcommands' phrasing, but not too sure about the extra steps to get -console in game to begin with. They need a straight-up 'creative mode'.
Now don't exactly believe me here and indeed I am late, however I do have a feeling that they'll be adding a "sandbox" mode in the near future, aka Valheim Creative!!
Oh if this is true I cannot wait for such an occurrence, forcing my way into creative is a small yet tedious annoyance, however it is all worth it, especially for my building practice :3
