wow, i can't believe this never existed before you posted this, oh wait it does because this isn't a blueprint, its a main feature of the actual game, if you turn on devcommands you can place this anytime without seasonal restriction, but thanks aloofgoof for trying to pass this off as your own creation, you silly goose :)

I'm not familiar with using dev commands. I just thought people may have missed the seasonal event, or may have wanted it in a new build. I appreciate your comment though.
