Fantastic greydwarf farm base with room for 3, full kitchen, max workbench and forge, portals, small garden, training grounds and smelter area.
No mods needed to place this in your world. You will wand a fairly large flattened area around a greydwarf spawner, and room for terrain to sink 9 meters.
TERRAIN MODIFIER INCLUDED
When you place this with PlanBuild, I added a stencil of 2m wood beams to show you the edge closest to you AND just stick point into the center of the spawner.
Leave your butcher knives in the chests and just sit back and watch your resin and stone pile up. Works great with AutoStore or ItemDrawers. Add some terrain barriers around it and its a perfect AFK spot as well as a great base for a small group!
