I made a market place a while back, and was thinking that if there was people going to that market, they would need somewhere to live. This is the home of the woman who sells potions at the market. Restrictions in the build: purely vanilla and only materials found in-game in the first three biomes. When it comes to furniture, I sometimes cheat though ;)

Anyone know the tag for horizontal offset ??
If you install the mod called PlanBuild, it will let you make blueprints to share or quickly put up in any world. It's the only mod I've ever used - and it also has some basic terrain tools. I almost never have it on, only seldom when needed - through R2Modman from Thunderstore.
*Edit: Planbuild also has a feature, where you can put up a 'postbox' with your build - so when you place it the player still has to get all the mats and put in that box. Probably need to run the mod for that to work though.
