Welcome to Valheim, where the Vikings are fierce and the farming fiercer. Today, we're going to introduce you to the wonderful world of farming. First things first, you need to be in the Bronze Age to start farming. Why, you ask? Because you need a cultivator made out of bronze bars to get started. Once you've got your hands on one of those, you're halfway there.

Next, you need some seeds. Don't worry, you won't have to fight anything to get them. Just run around during the day and look for the seed flowers in the Black Forest for Carrot Seeds and the Swamp for Turnip Seeds. Easy-peasy-avoid-the-abominations-squeazy.

Grab your cultivator and start prepping the ground to create some farming fields. But wait, don't just make any old shape. We recommend circular fields because they're easy to plant and harvest in.

Now, ou've got your fields set up. It's time to plant those seeds! Before you do, make sure you have some stamina food handy. Farming in Valheim can be quite the workout, and you don't want to get caught without any energy to spare.

To plant your seeds, just spin your camera around or run in a circle and spam click. Its easier to understand if you watch the video. Easy, right? Before you know it, your fields will be full of tiny little sprouts.

Once your crops have fully grown, it's time to harvest them. Just run through your circular fields holding down the action button, and the carrots and turnips will automatically be harvested. Now, you've got yourself some fresh food that will fuel your corpse-running for days!
