Welcome to the Valheim tutorial for players who want to take their game to the next level by making exotic buildings and dungeons with devcommands! Are you tired of being limited by the resources you can gather? Look no further, because in this tutorial, we will show you how to use devcommands to access fly mode and creative mode, so you can build anything you want without having to gather any materials.

But before we begin, a word of caution: devcommands can greatly change the game experience and can ruin the gameplay experience if they are used too much. We strongly recommend using them only when you are ready and understand the consequences of their use.

To begin, you must right click on valheim in your steam games library, go to properties, and add -console to the start parameter. Without this step, the console will not open in the game.

After this step, you can press f5 while in valheim to open the console. Here is a list of useful devcommands in that console.

devcommands (enabled devcommands)

debugmode (enables creative mode, which includes keyboard shortcuts for noitemcost and flymode)

fly (makes the character invisible to enemies and removes collision and gravity for the player

ghost (makes the character invisible so enemies cannot see you)

spawn (spawns any item, boss, game object, or monster)

env clear (sets the weather to be clear)

env rain (sets the weather to rainy)

goto x y (teleportation to the coordinates, for example goto 0 0 would go to the center of the map)

Best of luck! Just remember to use devcommands responsibly and not to ruin the gameplay experience for other players.
