Here is a quick video guide I made on how to get silver before killing the Bonemass. For anyone struggling with the Mass, getting silver weapons is a really good idea as they do additional damage against it.

This is an awesome tip! At first I thought you were going to say to look for the mountain edges where silvernodes sometimes spawn above ground but this actually enables you to find silver underground !
