Welcome, brave warriors, to the mystical world of Valheim! Before you get too carried away with the thrill of adventure, let's talk about something truly important: boars.

Those cute little snorters running around the woods? Yup, that's them! What kind of Viking warrior would you be if you didn't know how to tame a wild boar? Don't worry, I've got you covered with this step-by-step guide on how to make your very own pack of snorters.

These wild beasts may seem like your worst enemy at first. However, with a little patience and some tasty treats; you'll soon have your own loyal piggy pals!

It's essential to have a safe and secure place for your soon-to-be-tamed boars to chill out in. But be warned, wild boar are not fans of you or fire so choose your location wisely. The location should be close to your base but not near any sources of fire.

Next up, you'll need to track down some wild boars. And not just one. I recommend finding at least four, because let's be real, not all of them are going to make it back to your base in one piece... Once you've found your snorters, you'll need to get their attention. I trust you know how to get the boar to chase you.

Now, this is where the real magic happens. Once you've led the boars back to your base, you'll need to trap them in your freshly built pen. It's time to feed your new friends. Blueberries, mushrooms, raspberries, carrots, or turnips are the way to their hearts. Keep in mind, these boars are still pretty aggressive, so you'll need to wait until they've forgotten about you and start eating the food before the taming process can begin.

Keep your distance, but stay close enough to ensure the boars are still in the active region. Once you see little golden hearts popping up above their heads, you know you're in business. But don't get too excited and run over to give them a pat on the head just yet! Interrupting the taming process will only set you back on food and time, so be patient and let them chow down until they're completely tame.

Once you've successfully tamed two boar, you'll soon have a whole crew of piggy pals to do your bidding. The boar will reproduce, and as long as there's enough space and food, they'll keep popping out baby boar. And the best part? You won't even need to tame them again! These baby boar will grow up into tamed boars and be ready to serve you just like their parents.

So go ahead, let your boars run wild and free in their pen, living their best piggy lives. But be warned, not everything in Valheim is sunshine and rainbows. Eventually, you may find yourself under attack from a swarm of pesky bats. Don't get too sad though, these little critters will be no match for your loyal boar squad.

Actually, I'm lying. The bats will kill every boar you have. Even the children. Anakin skywalker style. Good luck!
