Ashland's Materials Home for up to 10 (Fully Decorated)

This is a home which accommodates up to 10 players complete with max level forge, workbench, black forge, stone cutter, artisan table and kitchen (No Galdr table). Storage would be needed however the build is ready for a basement should you want to dig one. A nice surprise awaits anyone who does so as there is an artistic ceiling design under the main floor. No mods are needed for this build.
