There are many dead end rivers I found while exploring, shallow enough so there was not much terraforming to be done. Two level - workbench and cooking fire below over looking the stream, while storage and bed on upper level. No mod build, using only the materials available before taking down the first boss. It looks small, but there is plenty of room on the inside.
