Welcome to Villa Versio.

This was built on a live server, so there is a mixmatch of different materials since farming was a little bit heavy.
Main Building includes room for 2 beds and a comfort room on one side and a kitchen on the other side.
The building outside should be used as storage/crafting room.
Downstairs you have smetlers and kins and a small pen for any animals you might want. (the Villa is built next to a boarstone, so this one has boars)

Please note: All the crafting stations are not in the blueprint since I tend to move them around and some of them was needed at my main base. Crafting stations used: Workbench, Stonecutter, Forge, Black Forge and a Artisan Table.
