Stendarr Stronghold



-A hillside stronghold and growing city that hugs the steeps of a mountainside that looks over the peaceful valley of meadows below it. Stendarr was once a home to a proud group of vigilants that studied the ways of Skaði. It is here that they built a small fortress atop the hill, and set out to teach the ways of the goddess. Little is known of what was included within the walled city but all that remains is a ruin.


Stendarr, following the Jöfnun Heima, has been claimed by 2 newcomers who sought out this peaceful pocket and began to rebuild the ruin that once was. Taking the decrepit fort, and remodeling it to a stronghold, Stendarr is now a thriving hub on the Isle of Fjardhold. Their effort has been rewarded as the new roadway system that connects every dwelling within the Inner Holds has been completed allowing for their work to be seen by others traveling as well as resources being readily available. The stronghold still has much to be desired and the wall surrounding it is still in need of attention. Let the hammers ring out across Fjardhold for the time being!
