Tiny home challenge, part 2: before The Elder

For part two of my Tiny Home Challenge, I've added the black forest materials.

The rules:
No digging
Ground floor must be 3x4 standard floor tiles (6x8 meters)
Fireplaces are allowed to extend into an external alcove
1 extra floor is allowed, which may jetty out to a 4x5 floor space
Materials are restricted to the game stage (i.e. no metals or fine wood before Eikthyr, no iron before Elder, etc.)

I put no restrictions on the garden plants
