Snap points at 1/4m distance horizontal

We have all used the wood door trick since all this time, but it has never provided snap points at exact fractions of 1m distance, causing small inconsistencies pile up here and there as soon as our buildings grew.

Big grausten pillars allows us to have true 1/2m distances in both directions and 1/4 in vertical (as I show in my previous guide here: https://youtu.be/ONjZm6swwC4). But until a few months ago I didn't discovered how to generate true 1/4m distances in horizontal.
