Sap's Treehouse
The most unique build in the Realm. Constructed on a small isolated swamp isle between Surdurhold and Maedhroshold. The viking known as Sap took it upon himself to build a treehouse amongst the ancient trees of the swamp. Consisting of small connected rooms high above the marshy swamp, it houses enough resources and gear to ensure those living there are in good company. The structural design is a true marvel to behold.
All structures and buildings were constructed by Jarl Sap.
