Three tier portal hub

In the process of migrating my city builds to a new seed, my portal hub got a three tier upgrade. I took the design of the original, raised it up, and put 2 more levels underneath.
Its new home is right next to the standing stones, and will eventually have a little village of guest houses.
This is an unmodded, survival friendly build.

47 portals should last me a while... right? Right??
