I've upgraded my starter home build following a few requests to include a hearth and a stonecutter!

The layout features the following items
- fully upgraded workbench and forges
- upgrades for bench and forge are hidden to reduce clutter
- stonecutter included (also hidden)
- 2 beds with a reasonable resting comfort level
- stone hearth
- level 3 cauldron and both wood and iron cooking stations
