Autumnwatch


-Located in the southern lands within the confines of Maedhroshold. Autumnwatch was constructed as a southern settlement for the Realm of Rhovanion. Housing a hall, inn, several houses and a dock, it guards the southern seas. Prior to the founding of the settlement, there was once a grand citadel and an abandoned outpost from the lost ages. The Jarl of Thorongil has reclaimed the area and rebuilt it to a prosperous settlement that offers a safe haven for those venturing south to the lands of Eteläinen or Tirfjard. Éothéod Hall lies atop the highest hill and houses the grand treasures and prizes from the Realm. The ruined citadel now acts as an Inn/Tavern for those traveling, whilst the scattered homes litter the hillside. The dock area was built to welcome those venturing the treacherous seas, and the once desolate outpost has been rebuilt and is officially called Eomer Point.

Following the Fall of Thorongil, Jarl Wissmann has fled and sought refuge at Autumnwatch and has taken the Title of Jarl of Maedhroshold. The title of Thorongil was left behind within the ashes of Midthold. With Autumnwatch now a prosperous home, the city upon the hill now guards the Elder Bay.
