Small late-ish game house

This is a small late-ish game house with a small dock I made in survival. You should be in the plains biome, because this build requires tar. The blueprint doesn't have any of the interior decorations or workbenches except the sconces. I figure people would want to decorate it themselves. It should be able to fit all the upgrades to the point. Not sure if you can fit the mistlands workstations. Probably could if you hide more upgrades under the floor.
