This is a wood & corewood build. There's a little bit of finewood for the table & 2 chairs (you can get finewood early game by using the beech trees to knock down birch trees, then roll the logs into each other so they break). Everything else is 100% early game. It's only just over a 1000 instances so not hard at all. Made on totally flat ground with exception of the ground raised in the centre for the fires. There's loads of room inside to add things as you progress. A wall of 50 small chests to get you started and a few other chests around the house. It's a super easy build, totally vanilla structurally, well supported and go to go.
