the charred Dawn Hill Retreat

Version 2 of the Dawn Hill Retreat includes all workstations and the kitchen at maximum level, as well as many chests inside the house and a lavishly set feast table.
To get enough space for All workstations i had to extend the upper floor.
I also added highlights on the foundation wall using wood and marbel.



The "burnt" effect has been achieved with a mod - note that in the blueprint the black elements are not black!
