Bywater



-The hub of commerce for the Realm. Built upon the ruins of Thorrhall, it now houses the market and exchange center for the Realms. Anyone who has any claim across the realm has a say in the market and is given a plot to run if they so choose. Each market stall will vary from items, some depending on what part of the region. The surrounding structures are all constructed within the walls of Bywater, with a towering castle overlooking the market below. The Port Authority Office keeps order with anything being imported in as a quick check is required before it enters the market. Thorongil Estate Vineyards has a tasting room in the market, and there are currently 3-4 buildings in use. The Jarl of Vanlandi’s market, Hrafn Crossing’s Honey Pot Meadery, Vesturhold’s Jarl built a forge, and numerous stalls have been established.


Bywater is a reflection of the healing process following the Great Schism, and it will continue to grow as others contribute to its grandeur. The market itself is a growing community. Modeled as a Great Exchange, the market area is a neutral hub for those who wish to collaborate in the trading of goods and items. Situated in Midthold, it hugs the shoreline of the bay and is directly across from the Njordr Hill bridge.

Bywater and all the structures were collaboratively built by 7 different Jarls from the Realm.
