Dun Ruunvald
-The fortress that guards the Nargothrond Hills from the threats of the Plains. Sitting atop the hillside of the plains rests the mighty Turinhall and the grand fort of Dun Ruunvald. Constructed in the new Golden Age by Jarl Wissmann, it was founded upon the ruins of the 3 towers that once stood there. Housing a grand hall with all the amenities that is needed, the reconstructed tower with a large kitchen, home and armory. Atop the main tower allows for a 360 degree view of the Nargothrond Hills.
The fort also houses a separate building that honors the Norse God Heimdall. The building has an altar that allows for offerings and worship for the mighty Norse god. As the watchman of the Gods, this altar was deemed worthy to be placed here.
All buildings were built by Jarl Wissmann.
